What time should I arrive to get the full menu?

We recommend arriving between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. for the best chance to enjoy our full menu. Please note that some items may sell out earlier, and we appreciate your understanding.

Can I place a to-go or pre-order in advance?

Currently, the line for to-go orders is the same as the ordering line. We welcome pre-orders through our website; however, they must be placed at least a week in advance. We require a 4-pound minimum order, and it must be picked up between 10:30 AM and 11:00 AM.

We ask that all pre-orders be paid in full in advance. If the order is not picked up at the required time, it will be sold for service, and at that time, the payment will be non-refundable. Please note that an order is not valid until confirmation from Burnt Bean has been received.

Is there a separate line for to-go orders?

Currently, to-go guests use the same line as dine-in guests. Arrive early to minimize your wait time!

What can I do while waiting in line?

Free water is provided daily while you wait in line. Feel free to bring your own lawn chairs to sit in as you wait in line.

How can I help speed up the ordering process?

We ask that you have a clear idea of what you want to order before placing your order inside. This allows us to keep the line moving quickly and efficiently, and it mitigates the amount of waiting time for guests in line!

Can I sit at a table before I order?

Please do not occupy a table until you are in front of the cashier, placing your order. This keeps seating available for everyone fairly.
