We are a BBQ & Catering Team out of New Braunfels, TX. I guess we just needed an excuse for a bunch us guys and gals to get together and drink some beer and have some good BBQ. The team consist of three main cooks: Me, my wife Bel, my bro Anthony and of course Jennifer,Santos “The Enforcer”. We mostly compete in South Central Texas we just about BBQ anything. “The dumber the animal the longer it takes to cook.”
